How this works. The honest version.

We buy the best end of the line, discontinued and surplus stock. Tile factories make more than they sell: excess runs, discontinued lines, end-of-line stock. All first grade. We buy it by the pallet at warehouse prices, and you get the warehouse price instead of paying for a showroom.

One everyday price. Every line sells at one clearance price, the same at every hour of the day. No timers and no sale that starts and stops. Prices include GST and card fees; freight is extra and is priced for your postcode before you pay.

How we set the “typical retail” price. On some lines you will see a smaller “Typical retail” figure under our price. That is what the identical tile (same size, finish and grade) sells for at other Australian retailers: where we find three or more we use the middle price, where we find one or two we use the lower one. We keep a dated record of every price we check and aim to re-check each one every 30 days. If a comparison is more than 45 days old it comes off the site automatically. Where we can’t find the identical tile for sale anywhere else, often because the line is discontinued, we show our price on its own.

Sold out usually means gone. We buy ends of runs, so a line that sells out is rarely restocked and almost never in the same batch. That’s not marketing pressure, it’s just what clearance means. New lines land most weeks.

Odd Lots. When a line is down to its last remainder, it is sold whole to one buyer. No splitting. If the remainder sits in two states, each state’s stock is its own lot with its own delivery.

Why trust it. First-grade guarantee on everything, no seconds, ever. GST invoices on every order. Freight quoted before you pay, never after. Factory photos untouched: no filters, no colour correction, because the photo has to match the tile in the box.
